As demand for high-end, automated products continues to rise, we’re expanding our team and looking for a driven Design Sales Consultant to help us lead the way.

What You’ll Get

● Earn up to $80-120k in year 1, with potential to earn over $150k with no commission cap if exceeding 2nd year sales goals.

A Day in the Life:

Client Consultations: Whether you’re meeting with clients at their homes or on the showroom floor, your role is to help them envision their dream spaces with our curated offerings of luxury window treatments and exterior products, including custom drapes, roman shades, motorized solutions, exterior motorized shades, shutters, and screen enclosures.
Sales Process Ownership: From the first consultation to the final sale, you will take full responsibility for guiding clients through every step, offering expert advice, and providing tailored solutions as you project manage the sale.
Work with motivated clients: You’ll work with pre-qualified leads to develop strong relationships and ensure repeat and referral business.

Collaborate: While you’ll be working independently, you’ll be supported by a team of dedicated installers and administrative pros to help you succeed.
Create Opportunity: Farm for leads, attend networking events, and actively engage with referral partners.

Who We’re Looking For

● Proven in-home sales experience, preferably in luxury goods or home improvement
● Strong sales negotiation and closing skills
● A passion for selling luxury products, focusing on value and quality rather than price
● Engaging and approachable demeanor, able to build rapport with clients quickly
● Experience specifying product for installation in the design industry
● Ability to generate new leads and consistently build a sales pipeline
● A consultative sales approach and ability to ask for the sale and close confidently
