K to Z Interiors & Outdoor Living is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Installer to join our team—bringing both interior and exterior window covering projects to life.
At K to Z, we’re an industry leader in luxury window treatments and exterior living solutions. From custom draperies and motorized shades to outdoor screens, shutters, and pergolas, we help clients create sophisticated, functional spaces they love. As demand for high- performance, automated products continues to grow, we’re looking for an installer who shares our commitment to quality, professionalism, and service excellence.
● Competitive pay based on experience: $19-29/hour (or equivalent salary), commiserate with experience.
● Company vehicle and gas card for travel to appointments. Tools provided.
● Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 8-5pm with some flexibility for customer appointments.

● Install and service both interior (blinds, shades, draperies, motorized window coverings) and exterior (motorized screens, shutters, awnings, pergolas) products
● Conduct precise measurements to ensure accurate fit and function
● Read and interpret work orders, specifications, and technical diagrams
● Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
● Troubleshoot and resolve on-site installation challenges
● Maintain a clean, organized work environment and protect client property during installations
● Collaborate with sales consultants and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery
● Provide exceptional customer service and represent K to Z with professionalism at every appointment
● Proven experience installing interior and/or exterior window coverings, awnings, or similar home improvement products- but we’ll train the right person!
● Minimum qualification of comfortability with power tools, knowledge of basic carpentry norms
● Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
● Skill/capability with measuring to spec and comprehension of schematics, work orders
● Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
● Professional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
● Valid driver’s license
● Have motorization and automation installation experience
● Have window treatment and/or cabinetry/millwork/closet installation experience
● Have worked alongside contractors, designers, or builders in the field
● Take pride in being solutions-focused and adaptable on the job
