● Earn up to $80-120k in year 1, with potential to earn over $150k with no commission cap if exceeding sales goals.

A Day in the Life:

As an Exterior Design Sales Consultant, you’ll help clients envision and implement premium outdoor solutions—from modern motorized screens to custom pergolas, shutters, awnings, and more. You’ll work both in the field and in the showroom, guiding clients through the design and selection process, quoting and specifying products, and managing the sale from start to finish.
● Conduct on-site and showroom consultations
● Manage pre-qualified leads and convert them into satisfied, long-term clients
● Collaborate with project managers and installers to ensure seamless delivery
● Provide expert guidance on style, function, and automation features

● Actively farm for new leads through events and referral partnerships
● Track your pipeline in CRM tools and communicate with internal teams

Who We’re Looking For

● Proven residential or commercial sales experience, ideally in home improvement, exterior, or building products
● Confident communicator who builds trust quickly and closes with conviction
● Skilled at selling value over price—especially for premium, customized products
● Comfortable working independently with strong follow-through
● Experience specifying products for installation (measuring and quoting)
● Familiarity with CRM and mobile workflow tools

Bonus Points If You:

● Have measuring or technical estimating experience
● Are familiar with working alongside contractors, designers, or builders
● Believe in the sales philosophy of “Know, Like, Trust”
